How our guides are written.
Every guide in the ArshSEO Journal answers a real question, is checked against original sources and is reviewed by a person before it goes live.

Five steps, with a person in charge.

- 02 · DraftAn AI-assisted first draftWe use Claude, an AI model, to help outline and draft. It works from the sources we choose.
- 03 · ExperienceFirst-hand detail addedMD Al Amin adds examples, screenshots and lessons from real builds.
- 04 · CheckFacts checked against sourcesEvery rule, number and date is checked against the original source, such as Google, Meta, n8n, the FTC or the ICO.
- 05 · PublishPublished with a byline and sourcesEach guide shows who wrote it, when it was updated and where the facts come from.
What we always do, and what we never do.
We always
- Link to original sources, not to other blogs repeating them
- Say when a guide was drafted with AI assistance
- Label examples as examples, such as "a dental clinic"
- Label AI-generated images and videos
- Say when rules change often, and show the date of our last review
We never
- Invent clients, results, reviews or statistics
- Promise rankings, leads or revenue
- Publish AI text without a person reading and checking it
- Give legal or financial advice. Guides explain the rules in plain words and point to the official sources
Updates
Platforms such as Google, Meta and WhatsApp change their rules. We review our guides regularly and update them when something changes. The "updated" date on each guide shows the latest review.
Corrections
If you spot a mistake, please tell us on WhatsApp or by email. We check it and correct the guide as soon as we can.
Demos and illustrations
The live demos on this website use test data, not real customers. Illustrations and AI-generated visuals are labelled as such.
