Terms of service

In short: every project starts with a written plan you approve, you own your accounts and the system we build, and nobody can promise rankings, leads or revenue.

These terms are a working draft. They describe how ArshSEO works with clients today. Your written plan for a project always gives the exact scope, timeline and price, and it takes priority where it is more specific.

Who we are

ArshSEO is an AI automation studio run by MD Al Amin in Rangpur, Bangladesh, working with clients worldwide. In these terms, "we" means ArshSEO and "you" means the business we work with.

Scope, quotes and the written plan

Every project starts with a free video call. After the call, you receive a written plan with the scope, a system map, the timeline and the price. Work starts only after you approve it.

Changes to the scope are agreed in writing, for example in WhatsApp or email, before they are built.

Payment

Payment terms, such as any deposit and when the rest is due, are set out in your written plan or invoice. Platform costs, such as Meta's WhatsApp message fees, AI usage and n8n hosting, are paid by you on your own accounts.

Your accounts and ownership

  • The system is built on accounts you own. You keep the accounts, the workflows and the keys.
  • Our access is limited to what the build needs, and it is removed at handover if you wish.
  • Once the project is paid, the workflows, prompts and content made for your business are yours to use and change.
  • We may reuse general know-how and our own templates that contain none of your data or business details.

AI and your approval

AI tools can be wrong. That is why every system includes human approval for sensitive steps, such as prices, refunds, complaints and anything posted publicly.

You are responsible for the information you give us to train or guide a system, and for the messages and content you approve. Read more in how we work.

Third-party platforms

Our systems use tools made by other companies, such as Meta (WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram), Google, OpenAI, Anthropic and n8n. Their terms and prices apply, and they can change their rules or tools at any time.

When a platform change affects your system, we tell you and suggest a fix. Work caused by platform changes after the care period is quoted separately.

Results

We do not guarantee search rankings, AI visibility, leads, sales or revenue. Nobody controls Google, AI tools or customer decisions. We promise clear work, honest reporting and a system that does what the written plan describes.

Testing, launch and care

Every system is tested with you before launch. Bug fixes for the agreed scope are included for the period stated in your written plan. After that, monthly care is optional.

Confidentiality and data

We treat your business information as confidential and use it only to deliver your project. How we handle personal details is explained in our privacy policy.

We may mention that we worked with you, or show your project as an example, only with your permission.

Stopping a project

Either side can stop a project by letting the other know in writing. Work completed up to that point is paid as set out in the written plan, and you keep what has been built on your accounts.

Limits of responsibility

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profits, or for problems caused by third-party platforms. Our total responsibility for a project is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. The terms in place when you approved your written plan apply to that project.
